Aube Nouvelle

Set between orchards and vines, Hotel "Aube Nouvelle" offers the possibility of enjoying the peace and calm of Quercy Blanc and also exporing the surrounding region, since we are located close to all of the main cultural sites and leisure activities. Being of Belgian origin, we are pleased to offer guests a combination of fine local produce (duck confit, magrets and foie gras) as well as a number of Belgian specialties (e.g. shellfish "Waterzoï" or Flemish-style rabbit). As soon as the first rays of warm sunshine appear, enjoy a meal outside on terrace looking onto the lush shaded garden. Aube Nouvelle is a renowned stopover point on the Santiago De Compostella pilgrimage trail (GR65).
