The hotel is located in the main street of a luxury residential area close to Tofik Bakhramov Stadium and not far from the exhibition ground named after Heydar Aliyev. The centre of town is about 6 km from the hotel and the nearest train station is about 2 km away.The city hotel was renovated in 2009 and has 20 guest rooms.
