London Stay Apartments is located close to Southwark Park, a 5-6 minutes’ walk from Surrey Quay over ground station. We provide contemporary accommodation with a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Towels, linen, ironing, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryers are provided and our guests have access to laundry facilities. We are set 7 minutes’ walk from Surrey Quay Shopping Centre with various shops and supermarkets. 24-hour bus services around the city pass just outside the building. Canada Water Tube Station is only 9 minutes’ walking distance, connecting you with the O2 Arena in 5 minutes and the Olympic Park in Stratford in 13 minutes. The City and the West End are within 10-20 minutes’ ride from the property. Most rooms feature a flat-screen TV and fridge. As well most part of the rooms have an en-suite kitchen. The remaining rooms have access to a shared kitchen giving you the possibility to reduce your trip costs by cooking and dining inside. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or a late cancellation. The card will be pre-authorised 2 days prior to arrival. We strongly advise all our clients to have enough funds in order to cover the first night rate as the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pre-authorisation will fail. The person checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer on the reservation. The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all the non-refundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance. A deposit of GBP 50.00 is required on check-in for all the customers. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out (subject to damage inspection of the room). The total cost of the stay has to be done in full before/on arrival.
