Situated on 1.400 m of altitude, at the bottom of Port of Balés and inaugurated in 2007 with the Tour de France, 15 km from Bagnères de Luchon, “The Sapin Fleuri Hotel” welcomes you in a warm and authentic atmosfere. The Restaurant offers a panoramique vue to the D’Oueil Valley,where you can taste the traditional and special local menus prepared by our Chef Jean Toucouère, Member of the Academy of Table & Arts. You can choose to stay in a half-board with four different menus every evening.
