The restaurant : “The Auberge du Moulin haut, located for 25 years in the grinding room of the 18th century windmill is renowned for the quality of its cuisine and its welcome. This hotel is harmoniously located in a green area with hundred year old trees across 3 hectares with a fishing pond reserved especially for guests, and a trout river running beneath the hotel windows, before then fuelling a turbine which is still active and produces infinitely renewable electricity. Due to its location, this hotel has a long heritage dating back to the world wars. The area today is serene and propitious to relaxation along the banks of the River Aire.
